Lung Information
http://www.dukehealth.org/Services/Pulmonology/index
Find out more about the Pulmonology department of Duke University. My Duke Pulmonoligist saved my life. When I came back a year later after moving to the eastern coast of Florida like he had suggested, he said he wouldn’t have recognized me as the same person if he didn’t have proof. I was doing so much better. I still get bronchitis just about every year, but Duke University saved my life!

Simply the best web site around, this is what got me started on the internet in general. Its e-mail service offers many options. In my opinion, it is the best search engine. Also, yahoo has great free games to play. The way it is designed makes it very easy to navigate.
This is the best free web site ever! This total website has used only 1MB of the 50MB available! Some of the neat free things that it offers are the visitor counter, plenty of page layouts and themes, a guestbook and a corkboard! It is such a relief to find a free place to have many web pages. Oh, there are ads on the sites to support it, but mysite is nice enough to give new websites free time without ads when the web site is new! This is a very impressive website design tool!
On quizilla.com, you can make a new quiz, poem, story, etc.; this site also offers polls, a forum, a journal, astrology, and games that you can personalize. Virginia Life

“Just imagine starting your day with a hearty breakfast in a dining car in downtown Hillsville. Tour up to the northern part of Carroll County and take a leisurely canoe ride along the world's oldest river: the New River. If it's the Fall season, you might enjoy the most spectacular views along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Have a picnic while you're there. Finish your pleasant day in one of our many fine accommodations. Whether you're a lover of bed and breakfasts, or a national hotel fan, Carroll County offers you a good night's sleep. But don't just stay for just one night. You'll never see, taste, hear, or experience ALL we have to offer in just one day!”

“The Parkway through Virginia offers spectacular views and interesting examples of Appalachian culture at places such as Humpback Rocks and Mabry Mill. The Appalachian Trail can be accessed from the Parkway at more than twenty overlooks and parking areas in Virginia, providing several opportunities to hike a section of this popular national scenic trail. For interesting driving, you're in the right place, because nowhere else on the Parkway can you see such a variety of countryside, dipping from ridge top to valley floor and proceeding through pastoral rolling farmland. For those who like to take their time while traveling, there are five visitor centers, four campgrounds, a lodge, housekeeping cabins, and three restaurants. From north to south, here are brief descriptions of the developed areas awaiting you.”
Inspirational
The bible is the best-selling book of all time for a reason. Besides the soul-saving appeal that it has, the bible has something for everyone. In proverbs there are rules for life. In 2nd Corinthians the value of love is extolled above all other traits. The Song of Solomon is romantic and beautiful. In 1st John, I have found an easy starting point for covering the basics of Christianity. The Old Testament tends to have stories of everyday people trying to live their life through God. In the New Testament, you will find more speeches given by the apostles (the disciples that actually knew Jesus in real life) or guidelines for life given by Jesus himself.

Here you will find free inspirational Christian graphics By Rev. Tim Gibson. Rev. Tim Gibson has created beautiful outdoor scenes with the bible verse that most fits written on it. He allows their use on websites as long as he is contacted. Downloading them to your hard drive is okay. These beautiful pictures are enough to brighten anyone's day. I got the waterfall picture on my contents page from this site as well as the photos with bible verses on my poetry page and the beautiful picture to the left.

historyforkids.org/learn/greeks/religion/greekrelig.htm
This is where I got my information about Greek Gods and Goddesses. It is a great site to learn the basics of Greek/Roman mythology. We owe so much of our American way of life to the Greeks/Romans who have gone before us. Our democracy, beliefs, and mind-set are based in a large part on the ancient Greeks and Romans. They have paved the way for our ideals and the democratic government that we hold so dear. They also serve as a warning to not get arrogant if you are a world power, for the governments on top are easy to topple when they get too big (or arrogant) to act as a functioning democracy.
